Arrival at the Marrakech airport (flight arranged by the traveller), private pick-up and transfer to the riad.
Breakfast. Beginning of the visit to Marrakech, starting with the outside of the Koutoubia Mosque. Later, we arrive at the semi-old part of the city. We visit the Bahia Palace, built by the vizier Si Moussa for personal use with its more than eight-hectare estate.
Then we take a walking tour through the medina, the old part of the city. We see first hand the different neighborhoods of artisans, as well as the souks and markets that the medina houses. We also visit the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the main focus of the city and where acrobats, storytellers, juice vendors, musicians and other merchants and artists transform this space into a living spectacle.
Afternoon free.
Breakfast in the riad. Pick up at 8:30am and transfer to the Ouzoud Waterfalls (journey time approximately 3 hours). Once there, there is a meeting with a mountain guide, who accompanies us throughout a complete tour of the waterfalls.
Located in the Middle Atlas Mountains, these majestic 110 meter waterfalls are a place of great natural beauty with their the peculiar rock formations that surround it. Upon reaching the lowest area, we ride a boat on the lake below the falls.
Free time for lunch (not included). Meet-up and head back to Marrakech.

Next stop: the fortified town of Aït Benhaddou declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987. We have lunch with one of the most iconic places in Morocco as our backdrop.
Next, we explore the patchwork of villages, gardens and olive groves around the Skoura Palm Grove. Then, we head to the Dadès Gorges, a group of rugged rock formations and ravines.
Arrival at our accommodations. Dinner included.
Breakfast and outing to the desert of Erg Chebbi. On the way we pass by the ruggedly beautiful landscapes of Palmeral and the Todgha Gorges, a favorite of rock climbers.
Next, we arrive at Erfoud, and if time permits, we enjoy a beautiful sunset in the high desert.
In Merzouga, we leave the 4×4 behind and take a camel ride to our desert camp.
