Itinerary

Private Marrakech city tour

Pick up at your accommodations in Marrakech at 9:30 AM.

Beginning of the visit to Marrakech, starting with the outside of the Koutoubia Mosque. Later, we arrive at the semi-old part of the city. We visit the Ben Youssef Madrasa, an ancient Islamic school where elegance and attention to detail go hand in hand.

Then we take a walking tour through the medina, the old part of the city. We see firsthand the different neighborhoods of artisans, as well as the souks and markets that the medina houses. We also visit the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the main focus of the city and where acrobats, storytellers, juice vendors, musicians and other merchants and artists transform this space into a living spectacle.

After lunch (not included) we go by calesa, horse-drawn carriage, to the Gueliz neighborhood. There we discover the Majorelle Gardens, originally conceived as a private space by the painter whom it’s named for, and then opened to the public and finally acquired by the famous designer Saint Laurent. Subsequently, we visit the Menara Gardens, a place popular among locals to enjoy a relaxing walk.

Return to your accommodations.
